I have tried to file a Submit a request, I have filled all of the boxes marked with a *, but when I try to submit at the bottom of the page nothing happens, I have tried closing the page Down and submit Again, I have also tried waiting a couple of days and then tried Again… nothing seems to help

I deleted a character, but I missed checking all items on it before deletion. So immidiatly after deletion I discorvered my mistake, my Gem bought Frost Wasp Logging Axe and Watchwork Mining Tool was still on the character.
My request to you is, are there any chance you could restore the two Gem items to me.
