Stupid google Authenticator please help

Well i reset my phone not knowing i had to unlink my authenticator, so when i reinstalled the app i needed that stupid key again and i cant find that anywhere. aswell as my main email account witch is linked to my gw2 account got hacked so i cant recovery that way. i go to account recovery and there an unlink authenticator part put wont let me select it, and the other unlink authenticator part need the code kitten codes. anyone know how to get me outa this problem. please and thank you
