Stranger knows my email+password

I’ve tried to change my password from the main client by clicking “Forgot your password?” but I don’t have the serial code. I bought the game offf Amazon.ca and it came with disks and a manual. I’ve looked through the box that

the disks are in and tried every line of numbers in there…nothing works.

I live in a rental house with 4 other tenants and we share a computer that is stationed in the living room. One of them knows my email and password and has been accessing my account. I tried to login and it says I’m suspended for 71 hours? I want to change my email and password before the suspension is up. I’ve changed my email passwords and alternate email passwords.

Could I change my email and password to something else?
