I’ve had this quest bug out twice now. Both times I killed the Soverign Eye of Zhaitan and the quest tracker reflected it, but never got a cut scene or had the quest finish. The first time the eye bugged out and stayed in the area where he creates the AoE knockdown/electrical fields and stayed there where I killed him. The second attempt he died in the middle area where he starts.
Playing as a Mesmer.
