Story line "down the hatch"

Is anyone else having issues with this particular part of the personal story? I get onto the boat to do the drinking competition and get stuck in a glitch. I am unable to even finish the competition nor get off the boat when I finally give up at it. I have tried this a few times with the same results.

What do you you “get stuck in a glitch”? What’s your objective? Have you played the drinking game?

What do you mean it won’t let you finish? Did you complete all 3 rounds?

Do you haven’t won the second round? Is the NPC just healing too much? I’m not sure how it’s not ending.
