Still waiting for my Account to be unlocked!!!

My account was hacked 9/6 I finally was able to log back into my account on 9/9 with a statement that my account had been restored. Only thing is they had locked my account due to eula violations. It obvious this happened while I had no control of my account and yet Im still locked out and can not log in to play the game I PAYED FOR!!!

Enough is enough turn my game back on or give me my money back! I have been more than patient even understanding as there are a lot of people being hit with this hacking problem. To take the time to reset my pass word and to get my account back into my hands you would think you could take the time to insure I could actually get into the game again!

Sorry to ask, but would it be an option in the future? Or LiveChat? I do see it offered in beta for GW1.

We do not have phone support. We did at one point, but it was taking more time than warranted.
