I filled out a support ticket and am still yet to get a reply. Anyone mods on here that could look into it for me please.

Hi Vuce.

When did you send your ticket and could you explain better the incidence? With the details you provide is rather hard to assist you in any way at the moment.

Hi again.

I see that it is a quite recent ticket (Monday) so we would ask you for a little bit more of patience till they resolve your issue, as the times of resolution have become quicker now. There is not much we can do now to speed up the process right now.
