Got this in the email yesterday

Ticket is 120902-016845

To resolve this issue, we would like to make the following offer of reissuing you a Digital Guild Wars 2 Pre-purchase serial code for your other existing my email account."

I replied yes please but have not yet received the code. This is all that is needed to resolve the ticket so someone please accomodate so I can play, thanks!
