My account was hacked 12 days ago and I still haven’t had it restored. Lost my account on 8/30, got an unhelpful response on 9/1, had the ticket escalated on 9/5, and haven’t heard anything since then.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I haven’t received one of the e-mails for issues outstanding for more than 5 days. I’ve checked spam/junk etc. and I haven’t gotten anything.

Ok, I’ve gotten the account back, but the account that was restored no longer has access to the game…

I’ve reopened the ticket and now I just need someone to actually address it correctly this time.

Are you sure you added a retail code? The grace period is long over, and you need to add that code. But if you have, what is your ticket number, please?
