Hello I have another copy of the game … well actually we have 4 in the house which I bought… but my other account was compromised.
I submitted the ticket on 09/01/12
and I got an answer on September 3rd I was very happy, but 2 different reps answered my account compromise issue within 10 minutes of one another… and I think this might have caused and issue because neither temporary password they stated would work for the account is working.
My support ticket is 120901-010517 I have since made different Tickets which would be considered duplicate posts I apologize about this but I was following the instructions on the “state of the game” page on wiki. Please reset my password for the account as they have already secured it… but have somehow given me the wrong password.
