Hi.I had orb and someone was attacking me,i used Arcane Thievery(Mesmer skill) and i was going 25%faster,because my enemy had speed boost.(Not only the icon).Please fix

Do you happen to remember which class you used Arcane Thievery on? Also, could you provide any other information on the situation leading up to when this happened? Any more information would be useful. Thanks!
