This has probably been mentioned before, but here it is again.
Some people (you know who you are) like to place mortar down close to where the mid-fight will be, before the game. Since Mortar will not disappear when the game starts, you can switch to whichever Elite skill you actually want to play, and your Mortar will remain in its position for 2 minutes, giving that team an unfair advantage for the first 2 minutes.
I know this is a quick fix, and I hope it doesn’t go overlooked.
