Spouse trial account info

My wife created a trial account during the last trial period. She’s planning to purchase the game soon, but isn’t able to this pay period. She wanted to see if she could reactivate her account as a trial account again, but she can’t remember her password, and she can’t find the email that was sent to her to activate the trial account the first time around. Is it possible to activate this account? How is she supposed to purchase this account if she can’t do a password reset through the system? She knows her account info, just not her password, and she doesn’t have the required “key” for the “reset your password” form. Any thoughts on this?

It’s great that your wife is going to be getting in to the game! Unfortunately, CS doesn’t have access to trial account passwords, so a reset isn’t possible. She will need to create a new account, but I hope that won’t dissaude her from coming on board. Most trial participants prefer to start at the beginning to get the whole “real game experience.”
