Whenever I play WvW, at times the music will quit playing, and some looping noise starts playing. If I restart the game, it resolves the issue. However, it has happened to me 2 times in the last couple of days. Any thoughts?

MacDaddy, this is a known issue inside the team for it has appeared from time to time in the forums as something that affects a number of players. They are working on it.
Keep on posting on the fore-mentioned thread (better to have all reports in one place rather than in different threads scattered all around the forums). 
Also, some users have been providing different temporal solutions that help a bit with this problem.
