I was told that the account was suspended for no reason, and that I could purchase a new serial code, apply it to my account, and that I could log in again.
I still can’t. It still says my account is suspended. Please help.

Please go ahead and update your ticket. To do that, simply respond to an e-mail with the 6-digit “ticket” or “incident” number in the subject line. That will update the ticket in teh system and an agent can look into this for you. It could be you needed to do that, to say, “Ok, I bought a new code, please add it to my account.” I’ve seen such updates before, and they seem a normal part of the process.
