So, I read something on these forums yesterday that made fantastic sense.
Those waiting since last week to get a response from customer support regarding there hacked/banned accounts for “real world trading of items for real money”.
And im not talkin about those banned for exploits, chat offenses or other obvious issues against the ToS. Im strictly talkin about those of us who have had there accounts compromised, and subsequently perma-banned.
So, which is faster…
Continue to wait for a response from customer support.
or…
Contact your credit card company, initiate a charge back refund, re-buy the game and start over.
Option #2 becomes more and more appealing every day that goes by for those of us with hacked and banned accounts for days and days on end with no response.
What do you guys think?
