So I now have to do Arah Story mode TWICE? Is this for real?

I hit 80 and like most people jumped at the opportunity to do the dungeon. Had a fun albeit difficult time, took me an hour plus and finally killed Zhai guy.

BUT my personal story was not done

And now it is telling me i have to kill him again

So all that time was completely wasted? I did not even get loot

Is this working as intended?

Yes. The story mode of the dungeon and the story STEP where you run through it are seperate.
