When the wardrobe released i noticed that most of my skins were not in my wardrobe. I have attached to following pictures where you can notice that in the first picture i bought grenth hood but in the wardrobe i do not have the skin unlocked. The same with so many other skins like achievements for instance i have unlocked wings of tequital but in the wardrobe i do not have them, the same fot shattered wings and so so many others. I made a support ticket of this but gw2 support does not respond after weeks… I created this topic twice and i was so tired of the bad support that i figuered out I could use this forum. Also I want to add that i have been hacked twice, so i did everything to secure my account. In short terms everything gw2 tells you to do to keepe your account secure. So i had a mobile authenticator and a very impossible pass to hack + full antivirus from kaspersky. At first when i was hacked i had to wait 3 weeks to confirm i was the owner of the account, i had to confirm my identity 3 times! After 3 weeks of waiting they gave my account back but i noticed my account was robbed with every item on it gone. So they reversed my account 2 weeks earlier and i was very glad i still had my precious items… The next day i had been hacked again, gw2 support said they could not reverse my account again because of the bad impact on the market and i had to wait another week to confirm my identity and it was like the same story but it ended so bad for me because i lost it al and gw2 wouldn’t want to refund my for all my items in gems or gold.
So right now i have no answer on my skin bugg and I am waiting right now for another 2 weeks for nothing and gw2 just abandoned me after i was hacked. The funny thing about the fact that i was hacked is that they knew the hackers ip range but they could not block it. Even if the hacker was on my account he must have gave away my gold on my account or sold it. I wonder what you guys think about my story and what does gw2 support have to say about this?
