I was recently told by a few friends that I should go to the forums and ask about getting the krytan armor skin back seeing as I bought it ages ago and deleted the character it was on long before the wardrobe update, although I was skeptical seeing as I’m not sure how long transaction history goes back… So I hope this is the right thread and such to be asking about how would I go about getting the armor skin back if at all possible?
I should be clear. It’s very unusual to be able to help with deleted items. And in the case of a refund request for a deleted item, I just don’t think it’s going to happen. That’s a case of “Months ago, I had XX item and now I want a refund.” If you think about it, that’s like saying to JC Penney, “I bought a pair of jeans and I no longer own them, but can you refund me the cost anyway?”
