Serious Issue

I dont even know how to fully explain how bad I messed up. I bought my boyfriend a GW2 account just now because of the sale and I guess somewhere along the line I fugged either his email address or his password and I can not figure out how to sign into ANYTHING. I have no idea how to check how I typed the password and I think I sent the final email saying hurray you did it to an email that doesnt even exsist…. I am freaking out and I sent in a report to GW and I guess they call you but how long does it usually take for them to call you??
