"Serious error"

Every time gw2 apply patch my game crash( “a serious error”), every time after patch i need to run repair cause data broken and i crash 5/6 times until i repair. Every patch. Big or small, no matters. It’s annoying, very annoying. I need to download gw2 again to fix it?

Guys u are so fast, 5 min and support contact me(it’s never happen in other mmorpg). Tyvm.

Hi WitchSpell – Could you please provide the full crashlog to the thread so we can check it out? This should give us some more info in regards to the “serious error.” You can find this by navigating to Documents\Guild Wars 2 and it will be the ArenaNet.log file.
