I recently got an email saying that gw2 have made a new password card thingy, and it took me to the gw2 site, or something ridiculously similar and i put my serial code in and all that, then quickly realised by the URL that it wasn’t them, now someone has my serial code.. so im guessing im pretty screwed now…

I’ve got a authenticater and changed my pw and so have my email account. But I still get the feeling this doesn’t help me now..

I am glad you realized your error and asked about this. I suggest that you contact Support immediately by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They should be able to assist you.

For tips on what information to provide in a ticket — mostly intended for security reasons to establish that you own the account — please read this post and provide as many suggested details as possible to expedite the ticket.
