For the record, you do NOT have to have your serial code in order for support to help you. All you have to do is provide as much information as you can concerning the account in order to prove it is indeed yours. Just because a field is there doesn’t mean you have to fill it. Just put in what you can.

Please don’t feel (or report) that you are required to supply information to which you no longer have access. The team has many ways to establish ownership of an account. The serial code is very useful, but it’s not the be-all and end-all of establishing account ownership. Please provide as much of the information outlined on the form that you can provide, and the team will do its very best to help you!
