I got scammed . Someone wanted to sell an item for 1g and i send the money first, but he didnt send the item. After this i reported him and it said, that he may get banned. And my question is: How long will he get banned? I hope he gets a permaban <.<.

If that is the case, and we can see a clear history of scamming, then we will take appropriate action. This can range from a ban lasting a few days, to a permanent ban.
