Rytlock Lost Forever :'(

When the servers first opened, I quickly secured all my character names before returning back to the character select, deleting them and then taking the time to make them properly. However, I drew down the in game mail that provided Rytlock (amongst other items) and mistakenly deleted said character.

As a result, I do not have him. Is there any way of having the items sent in the in game mail returned to me please?:(

Please read this thread and the latest update here and once you’ve submitted a request ticket, please add your name and ticket number in that thread and we’ll help you out.

Couple of notes:

  • You are not required to post in the forums about this — anyone who submits a ticket will be reviewed and assisted. But the option is there for you if you’d like to take it.
  • The distributions are done individually, and usually take a few days. If you haven’t been helped in five days, you can post in this thread to get added to a review list.
