You can proc the lyssa skill without using your elite skill. All you have to do is press your elite button while in a skill that nullifies your utilities (such as mist form, RTL, etc). This needs an immediate fix because people are exploiting the proc on lyssa every 45 seconds which removes ALL conditions and gives you ALL boons. Not only does this create an unfair playing field for any condition spec, it’s also plain unfair and ruining tournament matches. This needs a fix IMMEDIATLY, not until next patch, but now.
