Roomates Account has been hacked

Hello there, My Roomates account has been hacked, this is the second time it has happened. He can not post on here due to them changing his password. He was not notified through email. I just wanted to post this here so maybe he might b eable to get some extra help!

His first Support ticket (which his account was restored) 130710-002542

His Second Support ticket (which he just filed today) 130917-000489

If you guys need anymore information about this please let me know or get in touch with him asap. Thanks!

When this happens, it’s commonly found that the user’s email address has been compromised, or that the player has used the same password on different accounts.

Support just received the current ticket, so please give them time to address the issue with your roommate.
