Any news on when the Account Rollback system will be in place?

It’s been 2 weeks since I was hacked and still unable play for fear of losing any current progress on my account.

We do not have a date for that, yet. If you are concerned about loss of progress, you should wait. Frankly I think I’d move on, but the choice is yours. We’ll try to update soon on this service.
