Calling out to anyone from ArenaNet! Please pay serious attention to the thread I’ve linked below.

This bug or issue needs fixing as a priority. There was an ‘official’ reponse on this thread around 3 months ago and there’s been no further feedback since. Please, can one of you acknowledge that you understand that this is a serious problem and how it’s affecting basic gameplay.

We who have responded on the linked thread need to know that you know that we are suffering and that you ARE going to put our suffering to an end (sooner rather than later)!!!
