I see that they are now going to give the bloody recipe sinc ethey failed to do their job right the first time and have it as a drop option.

So those who kept wasting gems on it having 0 chance, why the meager compensation? Should give the recipe and the amount of chests the customer had purchased. Or give a couple weapon skin tickets for each purchase.

Had I known the chests were not coded right I would not have wasted the gems on them, and what you have offered anet is not enough compensation. Could easily have gotten it in the first chest if the coders had done their job right.

Random drops are truly random. Giving out free coffers would not be appropriate, because the issue wasn’t with the coffers, but only in the fact the one item was not available. The remainder of the drops were just fine. Saying, “I had bad luck, give me a do-over” isn’t the way things go. The issue with the recipe is being addressed through generous compensation, because the recipes are being given to everyone when not everyone would have earned one.
