Rewards chest not visible

Last night I was involved in the group event for “Thaumanova Reactor” in Metrica Province. We downed the boss and I got some rewards, however, the only way I knew where to look for the rewards was to follow the crowd to a corner of the room.

No chest was visible, but if you wandered over the area, eventually the “search (f)” function popped up on the screen for you to use for the loot.

This is the third time I’ve done this event and that chest has NOT been visible at any of those times. I do not know why but it appears to be a bug.

Can you attach a screenshot of your graphics settings and a DxDiag report? We’d like to investigate this further. Thanks!

The dragon chest and fire elemental chest use different models, so it’s not completely unusual. But it is definitely still very odd.

I ran through the event a couple times with your graphics settings and was still able to see the chest, so it’s not that (or at least not that alone). I could be wrong, but it looks like your graphics card drivers are out of date, so I’d recommend updating those and then trying to run the event again.
