Reward for watching the Tourney?

Unless I miss-heard… in the recent livestream they briefly mentioned getting a reward (precursor or unique stomp) for just watching the upcoming spvp tournament but go into details.

Is it going to be a guaranteed reward just for watching or some kinda competition for viewers?
Surely we won’t all be getting precursors just for watching a tourney..

2 precursors and 5 finishers PER region will be given out to viewers. Mistpedia will host random drawings throughout the stream up-time.
