Responses handled by different agents

I’m discouraged by the incident resolution process because each response is handled by a different agent. This results in me having to start my story from the beginning each time. I have been patiently working with your support team for 4 weeks. Today, I received a brief response by an agent with whom I’ve had no prior communication with. I feel like I’m back in the beginning when I issued the original ticket.

I have successfully escalated my ticket to a senior team member, only to have it sent back down on his response.

Does anyone else share my frustration?

Is this the same issue in the same ticket? If that’s the case, you should not have to restate the issue each time. Could you give me the 12-digit incident or ticket number, please?
