resetting my password then armour gone

just reset my password yesterday and when i logged in i found out that all my armour and weapon were wrong…its not the one that i had a few days ago..btw this reset password is requested by me..not by any emails…anyone here experienced the same thing..i already requested an account restoration…i hope this works….
