Reset password won't work.

Im posting this for a friend, he tried to reset his password 2 hours ago and still has not gotten a email. When he clicks the Forgot your password? button on the launcher it takes him to https://account.guildwars2.com/disabled , and with the reset button on the website after doing the eamil,game,chart name, he gets failure to reset password.

Your friend will be assisted by Support. I’m glad that he submitted a ticket. Access issues are considered a priority and I’m sure he will hear back very soon.
