Considering the circumstances you are wrong to be upset; rather, I feel, you should recognize that we got not a single penny of that shady seller’s money, and cannot be held responsible for his/her actions!
as i said in the thread we are perfectly fine with the fact he had to buy the game again !
the reason of that thread was because the PASSWORD RESET FUNCTION is not working for him hes not recieving any kind of e-mail allthought it states that one got send
no not even in his spam folder
till now he tryed it with the following browsers:
-chrome
-firefox
-opera
-safari
-standard internet explorer
resulting in the same all the time
he made a ticket earlyer
the answer to that ticket was simply they have to verify once again he is the owner
he provided all informations he had
the next answer hours later was once again they needed to verify
so the request of that thread was SIMPLY
tell them the account IS verifyed and all it needs is a SIMPLE password reset nothing else
its been 7 days he cant play anymore
so atleast speed that part up !
