Reporting player conduct

We had a player in WvW tonight who knowingly stole a golem and destroyed it by deliberately jumping it off a cliff, and then immediately stole a second one.

What is the correct method to report such griefing?
And what information should be provided?

I do not believe that we would take action on this, because cases of “griefing” are often subjective and difficult to prove. However, you are welcome to submit a ticket to the Support Team to decide.
