Not sure how to do this through the proper channels. I thought about sending the screenshots to [email protected], but that didn’t seem to fit. I reported them all for “scamming” in game, but that doesn’t really do it justice either and it won’t help Nests out in the slightest.
TLDR is these three people kicked the character Nests (clockcleaner.8971) at the end of the dungeon for watching the cutscenes. Happened maybe 15 minutes ago. It was his first time through, and he never got the reward at the end. Even though I wasn’t the one kicked, I saw it coming a mile away and took preemptive action.
While this may not be the proper way about going about this, hopefully Nests can get his reward reimbursed and I can get the information on how to handle this in the future
What you tell us is of course very unfortunate and unfair but at the moment Customer Support simply cannot give Nests the lost tokens. Reporting this kind of practices through the in-game ticketing system as you already did should be enough for now but I will forward this to the team in any case.
