Replaying to ticket move it back in queue?

Hello,

Does replaying to ticket move it back in queue?

I am wondering about that since my brother have replayed several times to add new information as he found them (serial key, corrections… etc). And it have been around 6 days since last ticket support response which requested answering some questions.

Ticket:225929

Note: he asked me to post in his behalf since he can’t login in his account.

Replying does not reposition a ticket in the queue. If you are No. 10 and update your ticket, it remains at No. 10 until it moves up the queue.

If he needs a follow-up, please post in the Tickets for Review thread, but please read the “Trouble Getting our Emails” post here, because if he’s using one of a few email providers, they may be blocking the mails and there are tips in that post about how to work around that problem.
