Refund for Gem Store Skins

In the past I have purchased several skins from the gem store, but now with the new feature pack I have no access to them and they are not unlocked. Can I get these skins re-unlocked for me if there is any way of accessing purchase history?

Thank you for providing that quote, Ic. That answer is correct, so I’d ask that you not submit a ticket, for the team cannot assist with deleted skins. Thanks.
