Redeem code in the Black Lion Trading Co not working.

I have a code for 2000 gems but I keep getting the message:

“The code could not be redeemed. Please check your code and try again. If you continue to receive this error, please contact customer support.”

I checked my code multiply times and I continue to get this error, what should I do?

PS.
Sorry if this isn’t the right thread for this kind of post but I didn’t find a “Customer Support” forum anywhere.

First of all, I’m sorry you’re having this issue. If you submitted a customer support ticket, we will definitely rectify the problem. Right now, it may take longer than 24 hours to get a Customer Support response, but rest assured that we will make sure that you get your gems.
