Recovery Heroic items when delete character?

Hi,

I’m new with Guild Wars 2. Yesterday I bought the heroic edition of the game. Create a character and received the heroic bonus item through mail system in game. But today, I delete that character and create new one with same name, but didn’t notice those items was sent only once. So with new character, I couldnt receive heroic items. I create a ticket for that (No.680282) But I want to know if is it possible to receive those items? I’m a newbie and that was hurt!
