Hi there. Im in L.A. looking to start the Reconnaissance mission. I have read my mail, yet even tho the green star shows on-map, it doesn’t actually show in the game itself. I did a search under Reconnaissance to see if this bug was reported or was a problem in the past and nothing came up. I have tried to find the green star under the city but I cannot locate it there and the wiki states I need to find operatives in and around the fountain starting with Doern Vasquez [sic].
Note to dev as to to why I think this bug may have happened: I mistakingly opened the mail whilst I was receiving my quest gift item from the mission before which was The Battle of Claw Island and then I mistakingly deleted the mail straight away instead of just closing it as I wanted to do. I think this deleting (and possibly the fact that there is no mail for me to open in-situ during the Reconnaissance mission by the fountain) has glitched this mission into not spawning the green star in-game for me. I do see upon doing an internet search under reconnaissance that people have had trouble with this mission before in the past, tho their problems are not my problem.(in regards to their having different issues to mine). Perhaps subsequent patches have made this issue happen to me(if it has not happened to anyone else before that is).
