"Recipient can't be blank"

I’m trying to contact a particular user in this forum, yet when I try to send a PM via forum it keeps saying “Recipient can’t be blank” when I clearly checked the username in-game (even with the four numbers).

Why this happens? ._.

It could mean many things., If you send a forum support request to [email protected], we can review the accounts you are trying to PM, and possibly discover the issue.
