Going through the metrical court portal leading to the Idea Incubation Lab now sends you to some little room with a forcefield which you cannot leave unless you use a waypoint. The consequence of this is that you cannot complete Rata Sum, as the Idea Incubation Lab cannot be accessed without this portal. See the attached screenshot of the destination that going through the portal leads you to.
