Hey there,
What troubleshooting steps have you tried already? Update your drivers? Disable potentially conflicting apps via Msconfig? Delete the local.dat file and then followed with a repair? Did you bypass your router?
There’s a number of different steps that can be tried in order to troubleshoot this issue. The more info you’re able to provide the better!
