Raise the gem weekly purchase limit

Hi,

I have an issue with gems buying !

I love GW2 and want to support ANET as much as possible, but since Halloween, you put a weekly purchase limit on how much gem you can buy :/

The event is ending soon, and i put all my gems in key without much luck :/
So now i’m locked out of gem buying until the event ends ? I have 1 gold left, so gem trading isnt a solution

That can’t be right and i don’t think i’m the only one with this issue
People are trying to legitimately support ANET & have fun at the same time, don’t put a buy limit during events please

I am sorry that you’re hitting a limit on purchases, even though I do understand that such limits are necessary from our perspective (due to so much fraud and so many disallowed purchases). It’s disappointing that fraudsters make it difficult for us legitimate people to make purchases!

Please note that the event will run until November 1st, so it’s not ending too soon. And since you wisely submitted a ticket, the support team will have a chance to review this and work with you on the purchase limit. I believe that you will hear about this very soon, and I am sorry for your wait.

I just wanna ask. When i bought gems yesterday i got them, but when i tried today i can´t
is there somekinda buying limit on gems

If there are what kinda limit

I don’t know the details, but I do know there is a purchase ceiling. There are also protections against fraudulent use of a credit card, and some other factors that can kick in.

The best thing to do is to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you.
