@Devs.
There have been several reported instances of people not being able to play tournaments since last patch. They will get stuck in queue and will never get a pop. I know for a fact this is not a population or MMR problem.
This is literally ruining the game for many players.
We need to know that you are looking into it and it needs to be hotfixed.

Did you hotfix eles too? Throwing them into the sun would be a great hotfix.

Fine, fine: Singularity. I’ve seen Mist Form and I’ve seen RtL, neither move faster than light. Have them stuck in combat with Cthulhu for good measure so that they can’t waypoint, oh and overflow so that they can’t enter WvW.

Don’t forget to tie their shoe laces together. If done correctly, no can defend!
so whens the hotfix coming out? I’m still bugged, not getting any pops/team matches at all.

Those of you who were unable to find games should now be fixed as of the most recent patch.
Log out and then log back in. Try that. Just fixed it here.
Ok, try this:
1) Relog
2) Try a HOTJOIN game (not a tournament/matchmaking game).
3) After you finish the hotjoin game, come back to lobby.
4) Then try to rejoin a tournament queue.
