Question about new account restrictions.

I am an altoholic, on GW1 I bought the limit of character slots on my main account, additionally I got 2 extra gw1 accounts latter.

My main account was used with my preorder of Gw2.
Recently there was a discount for Gw2 , and I acquired 2 more, and linked them with my other 2 gw1 accounts.

When I tried to use newly created chars on these account I noticed they have restrictions on mail and guild bank withdrawal.

The question is, how do I lift these limitations? played time? character level? achievement points?

It’s important that an RMT can’t create a character and immediately use it to transfer gold by the boatload. To prevent their fraudulent activities — which have a negative impact on the game for everyone — we have a few restrictions on all new accounts. As you play, and as you amass wealth through playing, the limitations on your new account will dissolve.
