Pure of voice bug - gamebreaking if true?

I was testing pure of voice earlier and I THINK that atm shouts are removing 3 conditions when it should only remove ONE from the runes and ONE from the pure of voice trait (2 total).

This is obviously huge.

Any chance people can confirm this? Or I am missing something (we took purity off to test it). And if so can we get a hotfix?

It is a bug! The fix is coming on the 15th.
